Before you come

Door policy,
in plain English

Age and ID add

18+ all night, 21+ after 11pm. The door asks everybody for photo ID regardless of age and will not be talked round. Passport, driving licence or a PASS card.

Dress add

No dress code. People make an effort anyway and it shows. The only ask is shoes you can move in, the floor is wooden and it rewards you.

Do I need to know how to dance? add

No. Fridays have a class at seven that assumes nothing, and on any night there are far more people willing to teach you a basic at the edge of the floor than you would expect.

Tickets and refunds add

Advance entry tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before. After that we will transfer you to another night of the same kind. Ball and NYE tickets are non-refundable but freely transferable, just tell us the new name.

Getting home add

Dalston Kingsland is three minutes and the Overground runs late on Friday and Saturday. The 76, 149 and 243 run down Kingsland Road all night. Staff will wait with you for a cab if you would rather not stand outside on your own.

Cloakroom add

£2 a item on Fridays and Saturdays, free on the Ball and NYE. Cash or card. We are not liable for anything left after close, and we always are anyway.

See you there
