One month, yes. Four unused credits from January are still there in February, then they expire. It stops the "I have nineteen credits and a holiday booked" conversation that nobody enjoys.
Up to two months a year on the monthly tiers, in whole months, with a week's notice. Injuries, travel, a brutal work quarter, just email us.
The link is at the bottom of every Stripe receipt, or reply to any email from us. It stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, we do not bill you again and we do not ask why.
One free class or one free club entry for somebody who has never been here, once a month. Bring the friend who keeps saying they cannot dance. That is the entire point of it.
Yes, and it is free, the room has a real capacity and popular Wednesdays fill. Book on the classes page as normal and the credit comes off automatically.
Within 14 days of joining, in full, if you have not used it. After that it runs the twelve months. If something serious happens, illness, moving city, talk to us; we have never held anybody to it.
We opened this year, so there is nobody to quote yet and no star rating to show you. What there is instead: the first hundred people to join get things nobody after them can.
Whatever you join at is what you pay for as long as you stay, even when the tiers go up. They will go up.
The seventh class, the guest teachers, the theme of the first ball, founding members get the vote on all of it.

No minimum term on Zest or Marmalade. Try a class first if you would rather, nobody will mind.
